Richard Costa Law Firm

Partner Attorney Network

Serving clients beyond our own operating states — through independent partner firms.

In states where Richard Costa Law Firm does not have its own operations, clients may be served through independent partner law firms or attorneys. These partners are not employees or offices of the firm. We are transparent about the arrangement so you always know who is responsible for your matter and under what terms.

How it works

  1. 1.You contact the firm

Start with a short enquiry describing your general matter and the state involved.

  2. 2.We assess fit

We review whether the firm can assist directly, or whether an independent partner attorney is better suited.

  3. 3.We identify the responsible attorney

For federal immigration matters we identify the responsible attorney; for criminal matters we confirm local authorization to practice.

  4. 4.You receive a clear arrangement

Before any engagement, you are told who will represent you and on what terms — in writing.

Where partner coverage may apply

Coverage is confirmed per matter, and depends on a qualified partner attorney being available for the specific issue and jurisdiction.

Partner attorney identities and arrangements are confidential and are confirmed with you directly when relevant. We do not misrepresent an independent partner as an employee or office of the firm, and we do not claim a physical presence where there is none. Start an enquiry →
