Consultation fee

A 30-minute phone consultation requires a $450 consultation fee, paid after the firm invites you to consult and before the appointment is confirmed. This fee is non-refundable; it pays for the attorney’s time for the consultation. If the firm accepts your matter and proceeds, the fee is credited toward your legal fees. Payment does not guarantee acceptance or any outcome.

Initial lawyer fee & payments

Consultation-fee payment instructions are provided only in your consultation invitation, using the firm’s verified destinations and a unique payment reference. A payment is treated as received only after the firm verifies it. Any initial lawyer fee to begin representation is separate, is paid by bank wire transfer under the firm’s approved invoicing arrangements, and is held in the firm’s client trust account until earned.

Jurisdiction & local counsel

Services and bar admissions vary by state and matter and are confirmed before engagement. The firm works with local counsel for criminal defense matters where needed.
