Richard Costa Law Firm

Privacy Policy

Draft for firm review. The firm must confirm its data-handling, retention and jurisdiction details before launch.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, the state relevant to your matter, a general practice area and matter category, and an optional short description. We ask you not to submit sensitive case details through the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to review whether the firm may be able to assist, to run conflict checks, and to contact you about a possible consultation. If you proceed to a consultation, we keep a record of the booking, the payment reference and verification status, the case decision, and any refund — for accounting and compliance purposes.
